Copyright Agent Notifications

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please submit a notice which does all of the following:

1. Identifies the Copyrighted Work

   • You must provide us with sufficient information to verify the existence of your copyrighted work. Commonly, this includes the title and a description (e.g., a book, song, video, or software).
   • You must provide the URL of the original copyrighted work or other proof of ownership.

2. Identification of Alleged Infringing Material

   • You must include the URL of the alleged infringing material on a DataPulse website, so that we can locate the material without undue effort.
   • You must include the date and time you checked the URL. Note your time zone.

3. Your complete contact information must be included.

   • Name (required)
   • Address including country (required)
   • Phone Number
   • Email address (required: primary communication method)

4. Legally binding affirmations of your claims

   • You must affirm that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner described is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
   • You must, under penalty of perjury, affirm that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner).
   • You must provide a legally binding digital signature for your copyright complaint. Note that submitting a false or misleading notice may have legal consequences.
